1. Acceptance of Terms
We are Joucads Communications (trading name of Win Win Host Pte Ltd) and we own and operate this website ("Site"). Your use of this Site is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may make changes to these Terms of Use from time to time, including by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Ability to Accept Terms of Use
You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set out in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with them.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use.
